Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) is now inviting tenders for the temporary construction of large-scale venues, supply and installation of equipment and technical works, and provision of professional event organising services for the Hong Kong Performing Arts Expo 2026.  

Tenders must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes with duly completed materials and deposited into the tender box at HKADC Office at 5/F, Landmark South, 39 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong by 9 October 2025 (Thursday), 6pm.  Tenders submitted by post must be postmarked on or before the aforementioned tender closing date. Late submissions or submissions via fax or email will not be processed.
