Get Ready for HKPAX!

Registration will open in April or May 2026, at which time we will unveil the full programme. In the meantime, we have provided some preliminary registration information below to help you plan your journey to HKPAX.

10 Oct (Sat) Full range of HKPAX programmes
11 Oct (Sun) Full range of HKPAX programmes
12 Oct (Mon) Full range of HKPAX programmes
13 Oct (Tue) International Showcases, Closing Reception in late afternoon
14-15 Oct (Wed – Thu) Optional Tour to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Registration Fees

The registration fees for HKPAX will be announced soon. We strive to offer flexible pricing options to suit your needs, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in HKPAX programmes. Different types of passes will grant you access to a wide range of activities and performances, along with opportunities to explore Hong Kong’s diverse performing venues and connect with fellow arts enthusiasts.

Budgeting for Your HKPAX Trip

To assist you in planning for HKPAX, we have outlined some estimated daily expenses for your reference. Accommodation at a 3-4 star hotel in Hong Kong typically ranges from HKD 1,200 to HKD 2,500 (~USD160 - 320) per night. Transportation costs are estimated at HKD 100 to HKD 300 (~USD15 - 40) per day, covering the metro, buses, and taxis. Meal expenses generally range from HKD 80 to HKD 300 (~USD11 - 40) , depending on your dining choice of casual eateries or mid-range restaurants. Actual expenses may vary based on your preferences.

HKPAX is perfectly timed for international delegates seeking to maximise their experience in the region. Along with your participation in HKPAX, you can plan your journey to other prominent events in Asia, such as BUSAN International Performing Arts Market (BPAM) and Performing Arts Market in Seoul (PAMS) in South Korea, as well as China Shanghai International Arts Festival and Performing Arts Fair (ChinaSPAF) — all taking place during September and October 2026.
